This Goodwood Green (983) 1967 Corvette Sting Ray coupe embodies the sleek yet aggressive design that still turns heads more than five decades after its original release. It comes with a range of desirable features, factory options, and tasteful upgrades, including power steering, power brakes, power windows, factory air conditioning, a numbers-matching 4-speed manual transmission, a 3.36 Positraction rear end, side mount exhaust, a custom wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a smartphone-compatible stereo.
The numbers-matching engine, originally a 327/300 hp, has been upgraded with stainless steel headers, a Winters Foundry aluminum intake manifold from an L79 (327/350 hp), and an MSD ignition system. The unique exhaust setup includes electric “dumps” that allow you to choose between a rear exit through mufflers or a more aggressive side-pipe growl.
The car is riding on 17″ billet rally-style wheels, which house larger disc brakes from a later model Corvette, and it’s equipped with modern radial tires. It’s hard to go wrong with a stunning, fun-to-drive classic that only seems to increase in value with time!
